When will my order be shipped?

The majority of orders are shipped the same day with a cutoff time of 3pm Central time. All other orders will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

 

What type of shipping services are available?

We offer free shipping on all orders. We also have faster shipping speeds at an additional cost. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

 

What kind of warranty is offered on parts?

We offer a 90-day warranty on all parts. For some parts in order to process the warranty we will need the model and serial numbers of the appliance. You can contact us for more information at contact@allstarapplianceparts.com or 219-262-3020.

 

What happens if I received the incorrect part?

If you received the incorrect part you can call us at 219-262-3020 or email us along with a picture of what you received to contact@allstarapplianceparts.com. We will do our best to fix the issue as quickly as possible. 

 

What if I do not know what part I need?

Do not worry we are here to help. You can contact us and we will happily help you find the part you need. We will need the model number of the appliance to help look for the part.

 

What is the return policy?

Parts can be returned for a refund if they are undamaged 30 days from date of purchase.  Electrical components should not be installed if they need to be returned.  For more information visit Shipping & Returns
